Olive Ocean provides full service event design and production for celebrations aboard private and charter yachts. From immersive design, bespoke set production and rare access entertainment to meticulous technical production, concierge guest logistics and near silent overnight transformations, every element is carefully considered around the vessel and its operation.
Our teams are experienced in working within highly sensitive and prestigious environments, including historic palaces, listed venues, private residences and yachts. We work closely with Captains and crew to understand access, deck protection, storage, timings and onboard operations, bringing together specialist suppliers and production teams accustomed to delivering at this level. Discretion is instinctive. NDAs are standard, confidentiality is absolute and every member of the team is carefully briefed before stepping on board.

Do you work with venues outside of the city?
Absolutely. We have relationships with venues nationwide and can travel as needed to bring your event to life.
Can I customize a package to fit my budget?
Yes. After an initial consultation, we’ll tailor a service mix that aligns with your priorities while respecting your financial parameters.
How far in advance should I book?
For full-scale productions, we recommend six to twelve months’ lead time, but we can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
